Small Groups
Find strength in community. Small groups for shared growth and support.
At Know Your Worth Counseling and Wellness, we offer small group counseling as a valuable complement to individual therapy. These groups are designed to provide a supportive, confidential space for individuals to explore specific mental health topics or navigate different seasons of life. Led by experienced counselors, our small groups foster connection and encourage open dialogue, allowing participants to share experiences, learn from one another, and gain new insights. Engaging in a small group setting offers a unique opportunity to build a sense of community, reduce feelings of isolation, and develop coping skills in a collaborative environment. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, or life transitions, our small groups can be an empowering resource to accelerate your personal growth and healing.
